functional positions with special analysis of ratio between

salaries and other financial receives and jurisdictions.

- Detailed control of promulgation of surplus employees and

layoff without assessment - Program of care for surplus

employees so there can be a clear picture with releasing of

qualified workers and keeping and employment of people by

political, family, national, lover or any other kind of

relation.

- Stopping and cessation of current methods of the union

who had interests of workers and a company perspective in

the other plan, behind their personal interests. Together

with certain leading set of people (thieves and frauds)

representatives of the union are main carriers of the

opportunistic behavior (against quality changes and dynamic

development). They block the realization of the Project for

the transformation of the system of work and discipline,

behavior and opinion changes of employers. They have an

allegation in improperly methods.

- Stopping, suspension and prevent of quality

transformation and professionalization of some inherited

single system services. (physical - technical security,
