Skills and Experience:
In May of 2010 I received my certificate in Radiologic Technology from
Hillyard Technical Center. Also, upon my graduation I acquired an Associate
Degree in Radiological Sciences from North Central Missouri College. I am a
very energetic and motivated individual who is committed to providing
excellent patient care and diagnostic quality images. Currently, I am
employed at St. Francis Hospital in Maryville, Missouri as a student
Radiologic Technologist. I am trained in diagnostic x-ray including barium
studies. I have experience in the Operating Room with a C-arm and am
competent in using a portable x-ray machine in both patient rooms and in
the Emergency Room. While working at St. Francis I have had ample
opportunities to assist with CT examinations. I confidentially take patient
histories and explain specific exam details. Furthermore, I am certified in
Basic Life Support, knowledgeable in IVP administration and proficient in
performing an EKG.
