EXPERIENCE
Customer Service - (August, 2008 – April, 2010)
Waytek, Inc., Chanhassen, MN
Managed incoming phone, fax and e-mail orders from domestic and international
customers. Quickly adjusted to changing customer requirements to perform the
following key responsibilities:
• Resolved order discrepancies and complaints
• Communicated product inventory details
• Provided pricing quotes on standard products and special orders
• Created new accounts
Additional responsibilities allowed me to be the primary point of contact for Waytek,
Inc., customers while providing back-up administrative support for the Main Customer
Reception area.
Shipping – (May, 2006 – July, 2008)
Waytek, Inc., Chanhassen, MN
Provided team leadership for shipping personnel by validating accuracy of outgoing
domestic and international customer shipments. Determined best shipping method to
meet both Waytek and customer requirements.
Siding Contractor/Office Coordinator - (1998 - 2004)
American Residential Exteriors, Prior Lake, MN
Co-founded business. Responsible for both cold-call residential sales and product
installation. Annual gross sales estimated at $1.25 MM. As the company expanded,
assumed responsibility to manage office. Responsibilities included budgeting, payroll,
accounts receivable and payable, supplier relationship management and creation of
commercial credit agreements.
Warehouse/Shift Supervisor - (2000 - 2003)
Advantek Inc., Minnetonka, MN
Performed shipping, receiving, and order filling duties. Promoted to Shift Supervisor
with additional responsibilities including inventory control, cycle counts, building
security and employee training. Created comprehensive weekly activity reports for
management team.
Warehouse - (1996 - 1998)

Performed receiving and order filling duties. Responsible for determining final returned
product disposition.
