Some examples of what Chris did for us:
Chris showed a very strong sense of leadership and ownership when
he helped my department begin digitally recording commentary by our market
and economic strategists, and posting it for internal consumption by our
900+ financial advisors on our internal Intranet site (Advisor Workspace).
This ended up saving us thousands of dollars annually versus utilizing a
third-party conference call administrator.
Chris's knowledge of a wide array of software and hardware
platforms and equipment has come in handy on multiple occasions. Our Firm
has had numerous management teams over the years, and each has implemented
differing software and hardware strategies. Chris was adaptable and
flexible through all of these transitions. I was always amazed at how
quickly Chris could diagnose a problem and implement a solution.
Chris was always timely in his responses. Within a very short
period of time following a support request being logged, Chris would call
and find out more details. If the problem was immediately fixable, he
would help out right away. If the solution would take a couple of hours or
several days, Chris would state as such and explain why there is a delay.
Importantly, in the event of a delay, Chris would offer alternatives, such
as a loner PC or lap-top, configured any way we needed.
