I consider myself as a strong leader and have maintained success in project

PROJECT LIST

Sterile Processing Department Remodel UCSD Medical Center - 2010

2500sf complete remodel of the Sterile Processing Department in the heart

of UCSD Medical Center. The renovation includes complete demo, MEP

coordination and rebuild of space to serve 12 sterilizers and related

equipment.

Cost: $2,200,000

Seismic Improvements Phase IIA (NPC-3) UCSD Medical Center - 2008

300,000sf of NPC-3 Seismic Retrofit of all ceilings, piping and critical

equipment. The work was performed in critical areas such as the OR's and

ICU's All the work was completed without interrupting ongoing hospital

operations in the affected areas.

Angiography Suite Remodel UCSD Medical Center - 2007

3000sf complete remodel of the Angiography Suite including site work. The

renovation occurred in the occupied hospital and includes complete demo,

MEP coordination and rebuild of space with new X-ray equipment.

Symphony & Lecture Hall Qualcomm - 2005

534-seat, multi level "lecture hall" and multi media venue. The space is

11,814sf featuring suspended oak floor to accommodate 62 performers

complete with changing rooms and A/V office.

Park Laurel Condominiums Phases 1 & 2 CLB Partners LLC - 2004

A two phase project consisting of two 14 story building towers, with 98

residential units, two commercial units, a pool area and other common

areas. Each level consists of C.I.P concrete with a post-tension cable

system.

PETCO Park San Diego Padres - 2003

A state of the art open air baseball stadium with a seating capacity of

46,000. The facility was mainly built using concrete, brick and steel.

Residential Home Building San Diego - 2001

Multiple residential home renovations and new construction include new

bathrooms, master suites, and second story additions.
