Accomplishments
After an extensive six sigma review of the service department procedures and processes, implemented
SAP Service One software into the service organization resulting in better performance from service
personnel. This has given the company the ability to track prior histories, technician notes, etc. on
repaired equipment.
The first in the country to configure machine control GPS guidance in a CAN network via Virtual
Reference Station resulting in a system that has five hundredths of a foot of accuracy, allowing
customers the ability to start the machine and work without the need to setup a GPS base station each
time.
Beta test two way data communications capturing earthy compaction and production data of heavy
equipment.
Configuration of two way data in a client/server configuration for a large construction company base in
Arizona. Allowing the office to closely monitor production and equipment status reports,
upload/download files to/from server/equipment eliminating the need for file changes. Also implemented
the use of Re broadcast for a large client, extending the RTK system from a six mile to a 12 mile radius
while maintaining accuracy of two hundredths of a foot.
Built a 40 Watt tube amplifier from scratch for personal use and enjoyment
