o Currently supervising a Programmer/Analyst and
supporting all departments with their MAPS data
collection systems.
o Implemented MAPS in the Molding and Plating departments.
Role included coaching the teams, tracking progress to
a Gantt chart, testing the GUI and reports, and also
training employees on all shifts.
o Assisted all departments with costing analyses as needed
using both MAPS and SAP information. This included
creating SQVI queries to obtain non-standard SAP reports
and writing Monarch models to simplify SAP multi-line
data.
o Performed quarterly and monthly orientation training for
both full time and part time employees on Maps.
o Worked with Assembly manager, operators, and Plant
Manager to develop an automated Employee Evaluation
System. This included reviewing both people time and
machine time and comparing how one operator performed in
relation to all other shifts. This system is now the
standard used by all Supervisors in the Assembly
department.
o Responsible for asset and PAR tracking in the Assembly department.
o Molex Green Belt certified. Successfully led two green belt teams that
saved the company $100,000 in labor costs.
o Worked with Manufacturing Engineers and Department managers to create
justifications for new equipment purchases.

Product Costing
o Performed time studies in the assembly, warehouse, and
plating departments to help identify bottlenecks and to
offer suggestions for process improvements and increased
productivity.
o Contributed to the successful implementation of the global SAP system
into the Maumelle plant. Determined the causes of the variances between
the costs in the old company system and the new SAP global system. Very
knowledgeable in the material master, bills of materials, routings, work
centers, product groups, and costing modules in SAP.
o Involved with various Lean team projects in the Assembly, Stamping, and
Molding departments. Worked with value stream mapping and documented cost
savings on current and future states.
o Played an active role in the successful implementation of a new data
collection system for the Assembly and Stamping departments. Worked as
team leader to create a new graphical user interface that is user friendly
to the floor operators. New system was developed to capture both machine
and people time. Also participated in creating training manuals, trouble
shooting errors, and the training of over 400 employees.
o Performed cost justifications to determine if capital equipment should be
purchased. Justifications included analyzing labor cost reductions,
possible net revenue losses, scrap reduction, and increased output.
o Trained interns on the basics of the SAP system, product
costing, and product reviews.
o Worked closely with inside sales representatives,
product managers, planners, and process engineers on new
product loads in SAP. This included reading assembly
blueprints, entering material masters, boms, routings,
product groups, and costs.
