Experience Summary

I have an experience of more than 4 year and 6 months with an experience in

Software Development and managing project for Web Applications using

Siteminder,Java, JSP and Struts.

I administer CA Siteminder and support SSO infrastructure which includes

installing of siteminder and protection of various applications.

My primary tasks include installation, configuration and troubleshooting of

CA Siteminder policy servers on IIS, SunOne/iplanet,Apache and IBM HTTP

Server.

Worked on complete software development life cycle starting from System

Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Training.

Currently I am working on the Design and Development of SSO for Sprint in

Mphasis, an HP Company.

owns and operates the third largest wireless

communications network.Sprint wanted the SSO

utility to be developed o enable the use of a

single user id for a customer to access all

participating sites.The solution is a vital

component which provides critical security

functions such as authorization,

authentication,Id Management snd servicing

for many internet and intranet applications.

Role/Responsibility Design, setup and maintenance of SiteMinder

infrastructures .

Installation of SiteMinder agent on various

servers.

Analyzing Incidents, Problems and Work Orders

and resolving it within SLA.

Had a major role in analyzing and resolving

issues.

Project Manage Your Card Account (MYCA)

Period Since February 2008 to March 2009

Position Senior Programmer

Project Description The Manage Your Card Account (MYCA) is an

application under American Express. MYCA

provides a website where American Express

Cardholders can register for secure on-line

access to their accounts, verify billed and

unbilled charges, pay their bills online and

perform account maintenance activities such

as adding or removing cards to their online

account, changing their password or email

address. There are various other

self-servicing functions also, like PDF,

Statement Download, Online Expense Report

etc. in some of the markets.

Role/Responsibility Analysis, Design and Development of the MICA

Site by using Siteminder,Struts Framework and

CMAX Tool.

Project The Day 700 Single Sign On (SSO)

Period December 2006 - January 2008

Position Programmer

Project Description American Express Financial Advisors (AEFA) as

part of its spin-off from American Express

adopted the new name Ameriprise Financial. It

is one of the nation's leading financial

planning, asset management and insurance

companies.

The Day 700 SSO Project is focused on

implementing SSO and CSI capability for AMPF.

Ameriprise Financials needed the SSO utility

to be developed to enable the use of a single

User ID for a customer to access all

participating Ameriprise Financials web

sites. It means the user will be able to

access all secured Ameriprise web sites just

by logging into one secure Ameriprise web

site. Customer Servicing Interface(CSI)

utility provides a web based registration and

maintenance system that allows customer

service representatives throughout Ameriprise

Financials to service customers enrolled to

services

The solution is a vital component of the AMP

technology infrastructure, providing critical

security functions such as: authorization,

authentication, ID management, servicing and

federation to 60+ internet and intranet web

applications.

MFA is an extension of SSO.The scope of the

project is to provide Multi Factor

Authentication by using the SSO

infrastructure coupled with out of the box

solution of Oracle's OAAM/Bharosa.

Role/Responsibility Analysis, Design and Development of the SSO,

and CSI utility by using Netegrity Siteminder

Installing upto date WebAgent software in

different WebServers like IIS, Apache,

IBMHTTP Server, Sun One Webserver (iPlanet0).

Coding using Java, JSP, Servlets and Struts.

Responsible for integrating the different

modules of the application.
