*Manage five facilities between two

departments with 105 subcontracts and 31 Expats employees stationed on CSC

Cedar.

*Coordinated and facilitated the closure of CSC Cedar II Bulk fuel farm a

15 million gallon fuel storage system.

*Trained subcontract employees

on daily performance standards and expectations surrounding job functions

and maintain all training files of these employees.

*

Performed site and regional area training for KBR Fuels Operations course

along with weekly and monthly training classes to KBR Employees.

*Assigned daily tasks for

employees, analyze performance, along with providing solutions to existing

problems and situations that arise during daily job functions.

*Supervise and oversee all accounting documentation for the

movement, receipt and storage of 15 millions of fuel shipping throughout

the southern region of Iraq.

Fuel systems Distribution Foreman (Aviation) Airfield Services

* Applies professional and technical

expertise for internal organizations, the customer and the client.

Oversees the operation, maintenance, alteration, and repair for an assigned

area of operation, such as airside and landside areas, facilities

maintenance, mechanical maintenance, revenue control, or energy management

of a Thirteen 50,000 gallon collapsible fuel farm system for hot military

aviation refueling and bulk fuel operations.

*Provides overall supervision for fifty expatriate employees. Inspects

physical facilities, takes temporary corrective action or requests repairs.

Investigates and resolves complaints related to area of responsibility.

Represents the department during all inspections and audits by various

internal organizations and or US Government Auditing agencies.

*Ensures that buildings meet Health Safety & Environmental, Quality

Assurance and Quality Control specifications. Operates various equipment

including radios and aviation refueling equipment. Ensure equipment is

operated safely and efficiently. Develops sketches for planned work

projects for the issue, receipt, storage, accountability and quality of

650,000 gallons of JP-8 grade aviation fuel

*Ensures compliance with ground transportation regulations and military

aviation regulations. Ensures appropriate operating procedures, logs and

records are maintained. Inspects aircraft movement areas of the hot

refueling point. Inspects for airport rules and regulations violations

during hot refueling revolutions and safety protocols.

worth of inventory.

*Responsible for managing the MWR inventory of GP items on site and in the
