the Human Resources function in a positive and fast paced environment. For

My current position as Human Resources Representative at Bayer CropScience
has two key areas of responsibility: generalist support to the
Environmental Science business unit and training and development for Bayer
CropScience in the United States. In my role as a generalist, myself and
one other individual are responsible for employee relations issues,
supporting the compensation and recruiting functions, as well as partnering
with management to provide custom training programs for approximately 230
employees. In my training and development role, I am certified and licensed
to provide several in house training opportunities and work with different
organizational sites to coordinate and provide training programs for
approximately 2,500 employees.
