Maintaining my professional and technical edge and knowledge while I seek

with local charities to give them a presence on the web and get their
message to a wider audience.
. Initiated, designed and developed a Wordpress blog for a local
elementary school's PTO organization. Worked with members of the PTO
and school administration to gather requirements and build a site that
they were happy with and that would be able to be administered by
them. This site gave the school much more exposure to the district,
parents and saved them approximately 1 ream of paper per week.
. Contracted by Razorfish to fill a Business Analyst role. Worked
with the team to help define deliverables, project scope, and client
requirements from project initiation thru the presentation to the
client. Aided in setting the vision for future phases of the project.

Business Systems Analyst
Focused on business requirements definition, workflow-design, and
implementation of Enterprise-class systems to support Creative,
Photography, and Advertising Production departments. Provided support for
Marketing Automation, Digital Asset Management, Campaign and Job
management, Photo Studio and Sample/Merchandise Management, for Ambrosi
locations in Chicago, San Francisco, New York, and Atlanta by sharing
unique body of industry knowledge with users, enabling them to do their
jobs more efficiently and cost-effectively.
. Spearheaded implementation of an Enterprise DAM System (Xinet).
Process included: Gathering Business Requirements, Defining Workflow
and Prototyping build for each business line. Upon completion, tested
with select users, feedback gathered influenced changes to final
build.
. Co-authored review of all Enterprise systems as part of IT
Solutions Group. Review was created by breaking down the business into
its core silos, finding vendors that fit that space and vetting them
using defined requirements. Once completed, team presented findings
along with two-year implementation schedule for all four agency sites.
. Lead implementation of an internally developed Asset Management
System for new office in San Francisco. Process included: Gathering
Business Requirements, Defining Workflow and working with system
engineers to develop working prototype. Coordinated server
installation and application testing and training as well as providing
on-site application support for initial ramp-up.
. Participated in a corporate-wide initiative to map out
requirements for next-generation job costing and job management
system. Chosen to represent agency because of unique understanding of
Creative and Production roles, available technology, and how Finance
department acquired billing information and applied costs to
assignments.
Project Manager

for project deadlines and staying on or under budget. Primary focus of
projects were IT related but often had overlap with additional teams such
as Creative or Finance.
. Member of a team tasked with shutting down 3 facilities (Omaha
NE, Crystal Lake IL, Troy MI) due to company reorganization and
streamlining. Primary responsibilities included documenting all
workflows and knowledge that might be lost once all facilities were
closed.
. Gathered requirements from client and internal staff. Using
information gathered, leveraged an internal Proprietary Asset
Management System to serve an automated image viewing and commenting
system that client was able to use to review and approve images.
. Worked with Finance Team to gather requirements to define and
design modifications to an existing but un-implemented job costing
system. Worked with engineers to establish compliance measures for all
data. Responsible for overseeing budget and coordinating efforts with
external contractors for programming.
. Acted as Agency Technical Lead and Main Client Liaison,
assisting in pitch that won agency its first web-site assignment.
Gathered requirements and created initial design draft of new
collaborative tool used for project to proof images and associated
metadata. Coordinated two outside vendors to develop and implement
this tool, lead agency to earning Sears Partnership in Progress
award.
