Prepared and submitted air (Title V, NSR, etc.), water, and TPDES wastewater

permits, permit renewals, NOx and VOC air emission, RCRA waste summaries,

TRI, Form R, and DMR reports. Performed environmental facility audits and

inspections.

Prepared spill response notifications and training exercises. Updated RCRA

compliance plan, waste management plan, and facility response plan.

Develop environmental policies/procedures, compliance training, and reporting

processes to promote environmental awareness. Interfaced and developed

strategies/communications with state agencies, outside counsel, consultants,

and contractors on facility compliance issues.

Supervised EHS staff, review/analyze new laws and regulations and develop

plans to integrate changes into operations and assisted in incident

all 41 facilities within North/South America and Europe. These audits

specifications, drawings, and bid documents for new construction and store

remodels within Texas and four surrounding states.
