For the past six years I have been responsible for the designs of unmanned aircraft (Firescout helicopter)
components: electro/mechanical actuators, fuel systems, Gas turbine packaging assemblies.
Some of my significant achievements are:
• Successfully performed the design and analysis of Firescout unmanned helicopter actuators
(Electro/mechanical) for the rotor brake & engine bleed air control valve.
• Propulsion engineer, Atlas I and II design, development and testing of propulsion subsystems and
airborne Lox fill and RP-1 fuel Grounds start systems.
• Accomplished the design and analysis of US Air Force F-22 aircraft canopy (Electro/mechanical) actuator.
• Successfully created new Electro/ Mechanical designs and product maintenance. Responsible for detail and
assembly designs, drawings and the development of mechanical package design.
• Experience of Gas Turbine products: enclosures and enclosure systems, ancillary systems, tubing, ASME piping,
and hydro-mechanical systems to support standard oil &gas and power generation components.
• Successfully achieved interface actives with other areas of companies: manufacturing, hydro mechanical design,
purchasing, sales, marketing, package mechanical design, package production test and including outside
suppliers liaison
• Create and verify Engineering specifications for new products and will also help develop new suppliers, while
meeting development engineering schedule commitments.
• Successfully troubleshoot problems and document internal design and/or manufacturing processes for
improvements. Experience as a Value Engineer & 6 Sigma design & manufacturing problem solutions.
• The design and analysis of 10,000 life cycle test stand for F-22 canopy. Wrote test procedures, reports
and analyzed test results.
• Proficient in design engineering: Pro-E Wildfire 3.0 (9 yrs) and Autocad 2005 (18 years) successfully in
the design/analysis (stress, fluids, thermal) of electronic packaging.
• Successfully work experience with Finite Element Analysis sizing mechanical components.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Project, MS Word & PowerPoint.
