I have over 20 years in the Electrical / Maintenance field not only working with

electrical/ electronics but also pneumatic and other mechanical devices. I have
been involved from the start to finish installing new equipment, setting up AC and
DC drives troubleshooting plc controllers such as Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, and
some Siemens plc’s.
I have experience in leading a maintenance team, planning daily activities

working with outside vendors, contractors and helping setting up pm programs
Over my career i have worked with something as small as a 4 20ma feed back

signal to building a 1200 amp switch gear unit
In 1990 I received my Associates degree in Industrial Electronics

WORK EXPERIENCE:

My primary duty as Maintenance Electrician is to provide maintenance support
for the asphalt plants. Troubleshoot breakdowns coordinate
New installation of equipment: keeping up parts inventory ordering material for
new projects, working with plant crews for scheduled shutdowns when needed.

profibus controls:
ADVANCED ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE: 2005 2007
I was owner and operator of an electrical service contracting business providing
service to the Industrial and Commercial industry: Some of the projects might
include building a control panel for an industrial application or installing the
electrical wiring for a commercial building.
PHELPS DODGE WIRE AND CABLE: 2001 2005
As the Electrical Technician for Phelps Dodge My duties were to troubleshoot
production equipment breakdowns; help with building new control panels for
retrofitting existing machinery, also maintain plant facilities. A typical breakdown
might be changing a bad proximity
Switch or possibly replacing a worn gear, to installing and setting up a new AC
drive.
DYNACAST INC: 1990 2001
Maintenance leader began working at Dynacast as a maintenance technician
then worked my way into the role as hands on Maintenance group leader. Helped
in troubleshooting injection equipment, planned the daily activities for the
maintenance team, work with other dept. leaders in scheduling maintenance
needs.
