OBJECTIVE
To obtain a full time position in electrical engineering related to RF product development and test.
EDUCATION
M.Eng in Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of California, San Diego June 2010
B.S. in Electronic and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University June 2008
WORKING EXPERIENCE
MaxLinear, INC Carlsbad, CA Product and Test Engineer Apr. 2010~present
Performed failure analysis on both bench and tester for all RF test items such as NF, IIP3, LO, IQI, PN.
Interfaced with with IC Designers, System Engineers and Platform Engineers to identify the root causes of RMAs,
and suspected failed circuit by in depth test.
Monitor product yield data, and facilitate yield enhancement. Analyze yield trend and failure pareto.
Complete correlation analysis and adjustment between production ATE and test bench used for product verification
& characterization.
Experience in debugging, testing and verifying load boards for production purpose and various socket
boards for bench testing. Also help to create, debug, and keep upgrading test plans and test programs.
