non-standard forms, manual pages, and rule and rate deviations to obtain

approval on product filings for assigned states or products.

. Interpret changes and developments in state statutes, regulations,

bulletins, etc. that impact insurance design and development issues.

Determine filing and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and

direction to business areas on B&FP insurance issues.

. Continually develop and maintain direct relationships with regulators.
