Objective: MM - Procurement and Logistics Optimisation (ECC 6)
. Integrated in the MM team responsible for the tuning up of procurement
synergies between local and central purchasing teams, I was responsible
for master data, pricing and contractual processes harmonisation (SAP
documents). This is an ongoing project due to the amount of data
involved, plus the differences in purchasing culture and local laws
(import/export). This role included blueprinting and development of BW/BI
reports for MM, PM, Inventory and Invoicing (FI/CO/JVA with Budgeting).
Industry: Paper Industry (Cross European)

creations, vendor invoices, sales and transport orders, plus self billing
processes via Idoc/EDI. This role included blueprint preparation and
acceptance workshops.
Industry: Oil Industry (International -> Europe + Africa)

redesigned to use new functionalities (purchasing flows and warehouse
management design). The project included a blue printing phase and user
acceptance workshops plus training.
Industry: Oil Industry (International -> Europe + Africa)

in the template were Nigeria, Congo, Gabon and Angola. My function was
within the change management team responsible for the communication,
training and post go-life support of the new system rolled-out to Angola.
I prepared and delivered the localisation (French, English and Portuguese
