o Gathered and analyzed business requirements from IWO and other

stakeholders and translated them to develop the strategic linkages map

in balanced scorecard.

o Identified and documented KPI's like employee value index, complexity

and workload of a department for reducing the administrative overhead

of UofA after the new implementation of Kuali system.

identified sources to feed into it.

. Pima County JTED - Database and Project Management Analyst

o Analyzed current business processes and techniques for storage of data

and developed a Data flow diagram and Entity relationship diagram for

data. Developed a prototype with integrated backend and the user

interface.

o Completed the Project management plan for the Pima County JTED project

by creating the work breakdown structure, Network diagrams, Critical

2005.
