Established and developed Clinical Research Staffing division to service
pharmaceutical / biotech industry clients. Responsibilities included
sales, account management, and recruiting. Opened numerous business
accounts based on previous relationships, research and cold calling.
Winnertech, acquired by Medical Staffing Network, March 2003 - April 2006
Account Manager for clinical research staffing in the pharmaceutical
industry. Before acquisition primary function was to recruit for both
permanent and consulting positions. Opened new business accounts based on
developed personal relationships in firms where business could be done
directly with hiring managers. Suggested and implemented recruiting
solutions to expand placement base.

Account Manager of telecommunications based staff supplementation business
for AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya Communication, and Telcordia
Technologies. Responsibilities included sales, recruiting, interviewing,
and consultant management. Placed 38 consultants in first year by dint of
client relationships and recruiters specifically dedicated to my
requirements.
Progressive Systems, Inc. Aug. 1988 - Feb. 1995
Responsible for growth of business while owner on billing. As Account
Manager, duties included sales, recruiting, and management of consultants
at AT&T. Recruited, hired and placed system test team of 5 people based on
client relationship on sole source basis.
Cap Gemini America, Sept. 1979 - June 1988
Began as consultant in a system engineering department at Bell
Laboratories. Promoted after six months to account management of other
consultants at multiple Labs locations, in addition to regular assignment
responsibilities. Promoted to position of Technical Director, was
responsible for management of up to fifty consultants, hiring/firing
decisions, sales and recruiting support. Promoted to sales, was
responsible for Bell Laboratories and Bellcore (now Telcordia) accounts.
In sales, always met or exceeded quota.

Designed, developed, and tested various financial aid, registration, and
accounting systems using CICS and relational database (TOTAL).

For Keystone Computer Associates, documented Hoffmann-La Roche system, and

provided lab support for training classes. Also taught Assembler language
for a computer school.

Junior Programmer through Project Leader on various accounts including Bell
Laboratories, NY Telephone, Singer, ITT, Warner-Lambert, Hoffman-La Roche,
etc. Project Leader of team of six on fixed price system for Roche,
brought in on time and on budget.

As a Programmer Trainee/Junior Programmer participated in gathering
