and pipeline projects.

• Oversee all project activities, including budget, planning, land rights and acquisition, survey,

design, material acquisition, permitting, contracting, construction, and project close-out.

• Manage multiple professional services, consulting agencies and internal resources to ensure

attainment of project deliverables.

• Work with legal teams in developing agreements with local developers; oversee zoning, special

exceptions, and permitting activities.
