2004 – 2009: Hawker Beechcraft, (Raytheon Aircraft).
Supply Chain Specialist II/Planner
Responsible for purchasing components and raw materials for aircraft production with annual
purchasing responsibilities of $5 million.
Job included analyzing material requirements using MRP, ROP, EOQ reports, while attending daily
production meetings.
Created purchase orders, release purchase requisitions, plan, forecast, continue process
improvements as required by meeting material needs, schedules, while setting up and monitoring
inventory levels in SAP. Responsible for setting up new kanban systems while monitoring monthly
material usage based on BOM's.
Responsible for setting up inventory levels by controlling ROP's, EOQ's, automatic release
programs, vendor managed inventory with quicker and cost saving delivery programs for the company.
Contacted suppliers on past due purchase orders, invoices, and material's to be returned.
Worked closely with engineering on material change requests while serving as a member of the
Change Control Board.

Buyer/Planner
Managed plant, production control, and warehouse personnel to meet customer orders plus requests
from internal orders within Windsor. We held daily production meeting with production, production
control specialists, and warehouse to track production needs plus inform all personnel on status of
orders.
Responsibilities included forecasting, scheduling, and negotiating commodities including aluminum,
structural angle, castings, and PVC compound, with annual purchasing of $8 million.
Duties included certifying new suppliers, monitoring current suppliers, developing consignment and
cost reduction programs.
Inventory Control Manager,
I supervised the receiving and warehouse operations, which included two order coordinators,
receiving personnel, and administrators. Responsibilities included setting up the warehouse and
working with data processing to develop new programs to monitor inventory transactions. Reports
included inventory analysis, advise order reports, EOQ reports and assist setting up JIT programs with
several different suppliers. Managed and organized semi-annual inventories, audit inventories levels,
and monitor physical inventory to make sure material was counted, tagged, and entered in the system
properly.
Planner;
Job consisted of ordering material for production needs and controlling inventory levels by
working closely with the sales department, shop, and suppliers. Responsibilities included planning and
scheduling the shop floor with all the needed information and materials needed to produce and ship
orders on a daily basis.
Cost Accounting Coordinator;
Reported directly to controller and was responsible for cost analysis on special projects. Prepared
BOM's, gross profit analysis, purchase variances, efficiency reports, calculated the material standards,
and prepared journal entries for the monthly GPA. Responsibilities included managing and setting up
programs for semi-annual inventories.
