within the global supply chain team responsible for tracking and
accounting for $204 million of demonstration and consignment
inventory dispersed throughout global markets. Responsible for
assessing, improving, and implementing inventory tracking tools
that improve inventory turns while minimizing inventory on-hand.
Drove a $20 million (10%) reduction of global consignment
inventory during the first 5 months in the position.
Developed an inventory tracking system that increased global

for driving Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) best
practices, quality and compliance, scheduling and productivity
through leverage of Lean and Six Sigma tools to optimize
operational excellence and yield. Conduct regular interaction
with engineering to support new product introductions and the

management to a union workforce with responsibilities of
managing employee time and attendance, payroll, and required EHS
and compliance training in accordance with FDA regulations.

Officer during Defense Support to Civil Authorities operations
in the event of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.

managing 500 personnel for a year while assistant was deployed
to Iraq.

06/03 to 08/04: Military Intelligence Company Commander - U.S.
Army: Commanded a Headquarters company of 160 Soldiers and Army
civilian employees. Responsible for training, maintaining, and
sustaining Soldiers, civilian employees, and equipment
supporting the European theater intelligence communications and
automation architecture in support of operations in Iraq,
Afghanistan, Bosnia, and Kosovo. Ensured readiness to deploy
personnel and equipment to 49 remote locations and other
contingency locations within 72 hours. Responsible and
accountable for equipment in excess of $30 million.
- Maintained and accounted for all equipment for 14 months with
no loss.
- Selected to compete for the Department of the Army Supply
Excellence Award.
- Trained and maintained Soldier and civilian job proficiency

of a forward command center for detainee operations in Iraq and
