Achievements:

Created Online Testing Tool for OE (Operational Engineers) to utilize.

Users can create groups of test cases by selecting templates, associated

versions, and software/hardware used. Templates can be created by

importing through CSV files and modified in place by using JQuery/AJAX and

Zend Framework. Testing can be monitored by Managers and JPL personnel,

but restricted by ACL for modification based on roles. All test cases can

be exported to Microsoft Word and Excel.

Created mid-level portion for handling Weekly Reports. This utilized the

Zend Framework and the customized ORM created by DBE to store and retrieve

reports. With this tool, Managers are able to monitor tasks and

activities worked on and can compile a list from each department to be

submitted to JPL. This included an export to Microsoft Word feature to

work, as well.

Created logging tool with template creation.

Created microsites for gathering metrics and I.T. hardware/software

property.

Responsibilities:

Web development using Zend Framework, PHP, MySQL (normalized), Postgres,

Apache, Linux (Zend Server), Ext JS, Javascript, JQuery and XML for

Microsoft Office products and version controlled with subversion (SVN)

Work with in-house personnel to build custom tools for web.

Train Jr. and Academic personnel on web technologies such as Zend and

MySQL.

Ported site over, centralized cron jobs with configuration files and shell
