financial institutions in $500 million to $3 billion in assets. Projects were process re-engineering of back office
operations areas within several local community banks.
FLEET CREDIT CARD SERVICES, Horsham, PA 1999-2004
Application Development Director (2001-2004)
Directed operation of IT Vendor Management Department and Application Test Department. Managed staff of five
application developers and six test engineers.
• Managed seven vendors representing annual budget of $2.5 million.
• Negotiated vendor contracts saving over $100K on annual basis.
• Developed standard test methodology which facilitated shorter test windows and flawless installations.
• Initiated a pilot to Outsource selected application testing to offshore vendor. Cost savings were estimated
at $350,000 per year.
Business Relationship Manager-Project Management Office (1999-2001)

Production system which resulted in 40% reduction in process cycle time.
Assistant Vice President-Project Manager of Card Production (1995-1997)
Managed multiple work teams (internal and external to MBNA) to successfully implement state-of-the-art card
production technology. Project budgets ranged from $30,000 to $1.5 million.
• Reduced plastic inventory which technology enhancements generating savings of over $500k.
• Re-engineered the plastic reject process and saved $468K annually.
Assistant Vice President-Systems Department Manager (1993-1995)
Managed 5 off-site programmers to support the Business Development Sector’s system related projects from
inception to installation. Project budgets ranged from $10,000 to $500,000.
Assistant Vice President-Conversions Systems Manager (1989-1993)
Managed portfolio conversion process with staff of 8. Implemented flawless conversions within 3-month
timeframe.
• Created and developed standard conversion method consisting of 17 phases, 66 activities and 167 tasks.
