As a Program/Project Manager for IBM's Global Services organization, I was
assigned to the Avaya account to help manage various projects. Some of my
responsibilities included budget development, expense tracking, project
scheduling, implementation, and change control within the structure of

Project 1: Web Portal Migration Project
Senior Customer Project Manager for IBM's Avaya web program. Working in
Avaya's Basking Ridge, NJ headquarters, I was responsible for the
financial planning & control, design, development, and implementation of
their new internal web system called "The Source" The new environment
uses role-based content rendering based on an individual's credentials.
The project had three major objectives: 1) migrate or install new web-
based sales and marketing tools 2) streamline content publishing and site
administration 3) migrate all sales, partner and small/medium business
associates from the current enterprise portal to The Source.
Project 2: Business Research and Market Intelligence Project
Senior Customer Project Manager for Avaya's Market Intelligence web site
implementation. This project was designed to replace an outdated in-house
system with an externally-hosted system incorporating the latest
technologies in web crawling, search and cloud computing. My
responsibility was to work with the internal IT and external vendor teams
to coordinate activities and implement the necessary technology to insure
compliance with the Avaya security and risk standards, guide the project
through Avaya's gate review PM methodology and manage the change control
process.

applications as they pertain to e-mail: Backup, Storage Area Network
(SAN), and tailored scripting.
HP Project Manager @ Cenveo, Richmond, VA 08/08 - 01/09
Office Communications Server and Exchange 2007 Email Migration Project
Project manager for developing a solution and proving the functionality
of Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Microsoft Office Communications Server
within Cenveo's multi-company environment. Managed internal and external
resources providing the design and implementation of a new corporate
infrastructure capable of supporting more then 10,000 users. Managed the
development of the new environment into which the servers from multiple
U.S. cities would migrate. Provided migration management for
consolidating multiple inter- and intra- subsidiary companies, while
maintaining a fully functional co-existence environment. The newly
created infrastructure was quickly adopted by the subsidiaries.
HP Program Manager @ Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati, OH 11/06 - 08/08
Business Process Resilience Program (BPR), Operational Readiness and Data
Redundancy Project
Program Manager for a $3.5M design, POC and deployment of data recovery
software within the SAN infrastructure across 40+ SAP systems across
three data centers worldwide. P&G was interested in protecting their
data bases from corruption and loosing valuable transactions, time and
money. We implemented a database resilience approach that provided them
with a backup scenario that rolled over every 36 hours and repeated
itself every 12 hours. This provided them with the ability to completely
rebuild a failed DB if detected within 24 hours. The solution was
designed to allow full recovery of a failed database if detected within
24 hours. All SAP transactions could be fully recovered and re-
implemented within an 8hr window. I managed implementation schedules
across global time zones, including resource deployment and support
capabilities. Included was the requirement to use HP Service Desk (HPSD)
as the change control system. This project was delivered 3 months ahead
of schedule.
HP Project Manager @ JP Morgan Chase, New York, NY 11/05- 10/06
Broker-Dealer Application Services and Server Consolidation Project
Project manager for the implementation of a new system environment to
support JPMC's Broker-Dealer Automated Services (BDAS) project. This
project focused on the migration of BDAS and its supporting systems, to a
functionally-identical RISC-based Alpha computer platform incorporating
state of the art SAN storage. This one year project generated over $6.6M
in revenue, and was completed on time and within budget.
HP Recovery Manager @ Hearst Corporation, New York, NY 08/05 - 11/05
Email Migration and Server Consolidation Project
Recovery Manager for a failing project. Established solid communication
with the project stakeholders, determined the failure areas, constructed
a rapid recovery plan, and executed all aspects of the plan in order to
minimize additional losses and guided the project to a successful
conclusion.

Alpha Server Refresh and Consolidation Project
Project Manager for the delivery, installation, implementation and
consolidation of over thirty-five older alpha servers into eight state of
the art alpha servers. Implementation services included the management of
multiple vendors working on various portions of the project. This $1.4M
project was delivered on schedule with 4% less expense spending.
HP Global Program Manager @ Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), New York,
NY 01/04 - 02/05
Application Readiness and Desktop Standardization Project
Program Manager providing world-wide project leadership and direction for
a $3.8M migration of all CSFB software applications, including over 2,500
third party and internally written applications into Windows XP.
Highlights of this project included the close coordination among the
development groups and the business unit managers, while maintaining the
requirements of the end-user community.

Provided project and program management for the identification,
assessment, design, planning, implementation and support of Con Edison
Communication's 3.2M inter-carrier telecommunications transport network.
