SpikeSource Products and Services - Intel Certified Solutions Program

(ICSP), AppBuilder Cloud Based Product, Web 2.0 based SuiteTwo Product,

SpikeNet Service and SpikeIgnited Solutions.

. Played a key role in defining the Intel Certified Solutions Program

(ICSP) and partnered with Intel to create the ICSP ISV ecosystem to

enable long tail ISVs develop, certify and sell products in the Intel

Channel Marketplace. Over 200 ISVs subscribed to the program in the first

year of launch, making it SpikeSource's most successful product to date.

. Managed the strategic relationship with Intel and the ISVs in the ICSP

program.

. Worked cross-functionally with Intel partner team, Intel Engineering team

and SpikeSource Engineering to define the requirements of the hosted

certification service.

. Interviewed ISVs to determine product requirements, pricing, competition,

and opportunities to design functionality for the SpikeSource AppBuilder

product. AppBuilder is a cloud based hosted development and testing

environment for the ISVs with a component library of 5000 open source

secure and tested components. Developed, implemented and managed the Beta

Program and the Early Adopter Program of the AppBuilder product.

. Participated as a key member of the customer service cross-functional

team with Intel and SpikeSource to understand the customer challenges and

provide requirements to Engineering.

. Managed the relationship with Microsoft for Proof of Concept of the

Security vulnerability and Windows 7 validation program. The ISVs gave

excellent feedback to this program and Microsoft was extremely impressed

with the analytics that could be gathered in the program.

. Defined the flagship Web 2.0 collaboration suite, SuiteTwo that

integrates four best-of-breed offerings into a single enterprise-class

collaboration platform. Managed the relationship with Intel and delivery

of SuiteTwo through the Intel Channel Marketplace to over 10 enterprise

customers.
