AT&T representative on the Northrop Grumman team bidding acquisition of

BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB Global Data Network Implementation/ Migration

Implemented the global data network. Served as Single Point Of Contact

with client Bristol Myer Squibb. Inventoried and verified the network,

managed migration priority list, and managed maintenance issues during

the migration.

2000 - 2001

PROJECT MANAGER, Lucent WaveStar SNMS Sub-Network Element Management System

Manage three SNMS releases (Nine month software development cycle);

manage Lucent Network Element for SONET.

Managed through end-to-end, develop project plans, detail requirements,

design, development, testing and release for production. Tracked and

resolved Issues and Action Items with-in SNMS teams and external NMS and

PRT organizations.

1998 - 2000

Project

Manage software development and testing involving eleven systems across

numerous Directorates across the country. Unique Accomplishments-proved

that end-to-end testing covering a broad spectrum of provisioning systems

was feasible.

Manage customer driven project design to improve quality of service

requests entering the Customer Care Centers, participated with customer

Managed the first investment projects for Bellcore through its complete

development cycle, providing contract compliance, risk analysis/risk

management and monthly Estimate to Completion.

PROJECT MANAGER/ Site Engineering Manager 1992 - 1997

Managed eight buildings on multiple sites with 1.0 million sq. ft.

office, computer and lab space - and 1,500 employees.

Managed $7MM construction projects in research laboratories, data

processing facilities, plant and office retrofits for the

department and clients, including $2.5MM Bellcore long range plans spread

over two years. Rebuilt spaces, relocated groups and organizations to

consolidate space affecting 900 employees. Coordinated the outsourced

work.

Site Engineer for five buildings with 1.2 million sq. ft. office and

computer space.

Managed $1.3MM chiller plant and electrical upgrade, conversion of 40,000-
