Printers, Servers, Wang Systems and IBM terminals.
. Trouble shoot LAN /WAN connections in an Ethernet/ Token Ring

SITA 1999 to 2001
System Administrator
. Responsible for administering and maintaining the PASENGNER CHECK IN
SYSTEM at the British Airways Terminal at JFK airport. The system
consisted of desktops with NOVELL 4.1/WINNT 4.0 Operating Systems in a
Local Area Network of 170 users. The LAN was implemented via Ethernet
VLAN and the WAN, with connections to London, was implemented via DSN and
T1 Lines.
. Provided second and third level support to British Airways own
technicians in charge of trouble shooting desktops mainly with SITAS
propitiatory programs and MS software, and all peripherals at the
terminal.
. Provided support for the wireless BAGGAGE CONTROLL SYSTEM that consisted
in setting up and trouble shooting the wireless equipment.
. Provided around the clock monitoring, and trouble shooting the WAN links
between JFK, London, Hong Kong, and Sydney
