MANAGEMENT/LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

TECHNICAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE

> Successfully worked through the NPI cycle for the C-Series skid

steer loaders and multi terrain loaders from the concept phase

through the production phase using the Caterpillar NPI process.

Worked through the PD builds and supported the PD builds at the

assembly line. Assisted design engineers to resolve PD fit-up

issues as well as CDIMs in order to drive the C-series program to a

successful completion. Worked with the fabrication suppliers to

improve design for manufacturability by participating in several

CPPD meetings.

> Performed linear/nonlinear static finite element analysis of

structural parts of skid steer loaders, multi terrain loaders and

mini hydraulic excavators. The projects involved analysis of the

different parts and their new design evaluation. Identified

critical aspects related to the design. Recommended design changes

to accommodate manufacturing and ease of assembly, without

compromising on the structural integrity.

> Performed dynamic analysis for the small wheel loaders, backhoe

loaders, compact wheel loaders and track type loaders.

> Created test plan along with gage maps to support the testing

activities for prototype validation on skid steer loader and multi

terrain loader.

> Performed probabilistic analysis for undercarriage components to

account for the material and load variability and do a risk

assessment for the on-field parts. Used the results of this

analysis to consider the cost impact on the rework strategy.

CERTIFICATIONS AND HONORS

. Granted the membership of "Beta Gamma Sigma" a national honors society

for being in the top 20% of the graduating MBA class of 2010

. Successfully completed Green Belt (DMAIC and DMEDI) trainings and

worked on six-sigma projects, which recorded yearly savings for

Caterpillar.

. Placed in the top 10% students in undergraduate class of 80 and placed

3rd in the final year.
