"I have worked with Lou for the past several years at GE.
During this time, Lou has analyzed and solved several very
challenging technical problems. These projects include
statistical analysis of product performance, design
improvements to electromechanical mechanisms and new fixturing
for improved process yield. In addition, Lou has completed
several product cost reduction projects without sacrificing
product performance. Recently, Lou developed a very creative
diagnostic sensing device and wrote all of the interface
software. Lou has very strong technical skills and the ability
to "think outside the box"."

"Louis is a creative, intelligent, hard working and skillful
engineer. He would be an excellent addition to any engineering
staff."
John Mutchler PE, Esq
Patent Law Professor, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
"Louis is an excellent and well spoken student who grasped the
subject matter taught and articulated his position very well.
Louis's assignments were always done beyond perfection and
included information and insight over and above the
requirements."
About Me
I am an extremely logical, structured and self-disciplined person but
I am also very creative. The combination of these traits has always
helped me to think outside the box and solve difficult problems.
I love engineering and I have always considered it be an art form
because each engineer interprets a problem in their own way. I value
each viewpoint and insight I can get into a particular problem -
especially those viewpoints that differ from my own.
In addition to engineering, my second love is computer programming.
Being a very rational problem solver, I enjoy taking a challenging
problem and breaking it down into its logical steps. I also enjoy
technical writing, public speaking, financial management and
exercising.
I would like to find a position that allows me to use these cross
functional skills to accomplish as much as possible. While at GE, for
instance, I regularly created my own software tools to speed up
statistical process control and test data analysis. Once the tools
were created I documented and released them. I also tend to solve
engineering problems in a systematic approach that is similar to
debugging a computer program.
I will only apply for a position if I believe I am well qualified for
it, interested in it, and that I have a lot to offer the company.
