company in specialty-driven markets, including neuroscience, hospital and

acute care medicines.)

Subsidiary provides high-quality pharmaceutical auto-injectors for

emergency first responders and armed services personnel around the world.

St. Louis location has five facilities and employs 400-500 people.

Project Engineer II (2006 to 2009)

Project Engineer I (2003 to 2006)

Planned, directed and coordinated activities of projects with an annual

budget ranging from $500k to $1.5 Million. Consistently accomplished goals

within prescribed time frame and budget, led project teams, and provided

engineering support for manufacturing processes and facilities. Supervised

contractors to ensure quality, safety, customer satisfaction and delivery

of services. Developed operational, maintenance, training, and set-up

procedures for new equipment installations. Successfully managed the

design and build out of new labs and support areas that included developing

requisitions from end users and monitoring all phases of the construction

process, procurement through completion.

. Successfully managed multiple laboratory design/build projects from

$50k to $1MM, which added over 50,000 square feet of unique laboratory

and support areas. Served as general contractor for facility

improvement projects that saved 20%-30% on capital budgets.

. Increased efficiency of equipment and work force by providing line

balancing for all fourteen packaging lines, resulting in up to 40%

decrease in man-hours in 2008-2009.

. Successfully implemented automated environmental monitoring systems in

all five MMT facilities, which provided 24/7 data collection and alarm

notifications to ensure total environmental compliance with the FDA.

. Developed and provided strategic input on a $12 Million E-Pedigree

implementation, an electronic track and trace system required by the

California Board of Pharmacy.

. Led project to implement sterility-testing isolator that resulted in

increased productivity and the decommissioning of the class 100

sterile testing suite. Microbial testing productivity reduced failure

rate from 4-5% to 0% in 2006.
