Monitor, track and participate in the resolution of tickets using TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet

Protocol) assigned to the team.

Assist with performing day-to-day procedural activities such as recovery support.

Support and maintain the firewall, LAN Cabling, VPN, switches, bridges, Hubs and Cisco routers. Perform

firmware. Test and configure new equipment as necessary.
