I have 14 years of construction experience working in the Public and
Private sectors. I have worked as Project Manager for six years (four in
the Washington DC Metro region and two in PA and NJ). The majority of the
projects I have worked on as a PM were restoration, remodeling, or fit-out.
As a PM I was responsible for contract administration, scheduling, supply
chain management, purchasing, submittal processing and review, RFIs, Change
Orders, Owner interfacing, and project closeout. I obtained a Secret Level
government security clearance while working in Washington, DC. My strengths
include a strong work ethic, a love of building, attention to detail, good
communication skills, strong leadership, and organizational skills.
