Senior Recruiter for this major, global healthcare/pharmaceutical

advertising agency with offices in the NY/NJ/PA area. Conducted searches

for Account Management, Creative, Production, Medical Education and IT

areas; positions range from mid-management to EVP level; sourced

candidates from the internal database, employee referrals, the Internet,

networking and cold calling. At peak, concurrently managed up to 30

searches with upwards of 100 hires for the year. Instituted a campus

recruiting program with FIT to screen graduating seniors interested in

creative entry level opportunities. Resulted in two quality hires.

positions. Heavy interviewing schedule using structured behavioral
