"Computational Physiology" course.
Brief Description: In this project we modeled arterial pulse application to
study heart rate, blood pressure, blood flow in arteries. This model
calculates pressure pulse, relation between heart rate and blood flow in
arteries, calculates systolic pressures for different diastolic pressure
and observes abnormalities in systolic pressure. This application
illustrates graphical relations between different parameters used in the
project.

Project Title: Sequence Alignment Using Genetic algorithms
