Operations management position: Manage the processing of packages through
UPS distribution system to include: schedule compliance, order integrity,
special handling requirements, and customer satisfaction. Supervise 15
employees in a fast paced working environment. Complete payroll
responsibility for employees, including, but not limited to: ensuring the
accuracy and confidentiality of payroll reports; process and approve
vacation and sick leave requests and balance adjustments; identify and
correct any and all payroll errors; train employees on time and attendance
system; prepare weekly statistical reports of employee hours worked.
Responsible for maintaining OSHA safety requirements as well as effectively
training and motivating employees for positive team-oriented results.
