Collaborated with five other contractors (RCA) to complete construction / maintenance work within the BP

Whiting Refinery. Served as civil subject expert and ACI support.

Led team to create quality manual for RCA in accordance with current owner specifications, code (multi-

discipline), and local ordinances.

Developed and reviewed quality system processes / procedures in the civil / structural discipline.

Generated and updated civil / structural inspection and test plans, as well as quality inspection forms.

Provided guidance to quality staff regarding civil and structural engineering issues.

Created and implemented new ideas for the continual improvement processes for the quality department.

Managed SR 49 project that was featured in the article “Superior Bridge Projects” in Construction Today

Magazine (January 2007) due to the variety of bridge rehabilitation techniques used.

Directed design build expressway project (I-80/94) that won an INDOT Merit Award for PCCP (Portland

Cement Concrete) Smoothest Surface Tested.
