Accomplishment Highlights

. For a large regional retailer was the Project Manager for development,

installation and ongoing enhancement projects of a full scale ERP

system.

. PMO/Portfolio and Project Manager for all IT projects and systems at

Fred Meyer Stores including design, development, management,

implementation, documentation and training.

. Project Manager responsible for planning, designing, building, and

bringing online a new 2 million square foot distribution center which

included a new ERP system with state of the art automation systems.

. As the Home Office PMO was responsible for all software development

projects for a newly acquired chain of fabric stores headquartered in

Dayton, OH.

. As the PMO/Project Manager, managed all software projects for 160

corporate run grocery stores.

. Project Manager of several aspects of the development and

implementation a new ERP system in all 16 divisions for the largest

wholesale grocery firm in the U.S.

. For a software development firm, determined customer's initial and

ongoing needs as they pertained to the software requirements. Oversaw

aftermarket customer service and customer experience. Developed

. As Project Manager and consultant for an international nutrition

o Implementation of a new manufacturing kitting system interfacing

with BAAN ERP system.

o Re-Engineering and development of new processes for all

warehousing and manufacturing business units.

strategic and operational plans for SMB's throughout the western U.S.

. Provided project oversight on all projects for over 70 IT and

management consultants in the Chicago, New York and New Jersey

offices.

. As the PMO, was responsible for development, sales and implementation

of financial and banking SaaS/service bureau and "in house" software

packages.

. Project Manager for a feasibility and conceptualization service

costing project for British Columbia Telephone Company. The success of

the project resulted in the need for continuation being deemed so

urgent that it became an immediate strategic initiative for the

corporation.

. Co-project manager on a $13 million, 2 year, 70 person project for the

British Columbia Telephone Company finance department.

. As a consulting account manager, provided oversight of projects

managed by my consultants at various client sites around North America

under my purview.

. For a recreational product manufacturing company, managed a complete

business analysis of current operations and presented a strategic and

operational plan including succession management and company sale
