Note From David's participation was instrumental in assisting Phase

Customer 3 PDAR UAT exit. He authored the TRIDENT reliability test

using LoadRunner to prove that asset's ability to

generate reports for large populations (~50) of

concurrent users. This measurement, and the results

demonstrated, elevated trust between the regional

business teams and our IT colleagues.

David also consulted with Mike Wang to author the REM

reliability test case. This test case has proven very

effective at discovering core REM defects under simulated

production condition with up to 10 users. The

measurements it yields assists with IT and business

ability to baseline and establish performance

requirements for future releases.

David is very conscientious, disciplined, and
