line of value, mainstream, and performance PC multimedia speaker systems,
business class color and monochrome laser printers, and a business-client
backup and recovery tool. Managed technology partners including Intel,
Samsung, Fuji-Xerox, Lexmark, Harman Kardon, NMB, and Altec Lansing
Consumer.
. Managed in-house development of the Dell Backup and Recovery Manager
(DBRM), a highly effective tool that simplifies the recovery process for
customers and levels the competitive playing field. The application is
now factory-installed on all business-client systems (Optiplex, Latitude,

. Upgraded DBRM to produce backup OS and application media in lieu of
shipping physical media in the box. This is expected to save Dell
