internal Product Launch Process, expediting RFQ process from initiation to
completion, negotiating pricing, maintaining acceptable profit margins,

executing sales strategies to support corporate business plan, and
facilitating VAVE and other cost saving initiatives.
. Secured new business at Chrysler Tier 1 suppliers - Decoma,
Meridian, Plastic Omnium, C&A, Flex-N-Gate, and Summit Polymers -
adding $9M in new sales by 2005.
. Led cost reduction effort & improved PACCAR account margin from
"resource" to "keep"; adding $200,000 to bottom line and maintaining
presence in heavy truck market.
