emerging from bankruptcy. Responsibilities include Production Control and Scheduling, Warehouse, Tooling, Receiving,

Packaging and Shipping and Purchasing. Revitalized Global Supplier Network; improving processes to insure on-time

delivery performance, quality and costs reductions. Liaison between Production and Sales Departments to develop strategic

plans to meet customer requirements in U.S. and European Markets.

Restructured Shipping and Receiving departments, replacing personnel and coordinating all changes with Production and

other departments. Negotiated contract with new freight Logistics Company realizing 52% savings on freight.

year. Developed and maintained a standardization program between Sales and Engineering to reduce our drawing approval

time by 50%. Saved over $65,000, the first year, developing a partnership with a tooling company. Researched and approved

new suppliers.

Lean Concept Leader – Developed the first stages of Lean Manufacturing throughout the entire plant.

material, machine loading and capacity issues and for all inventories in Mansfield and Orrville plant. Worked

closely with purchasing to make sure on time delivery of all materials was met. Supervised and trained employees

in the production control department.
