Actively involved in the design and implementation of various web sites
including: DTV.gov, Broadband.gov, OpenInternet.gov. Translated
requirements into functionality using semantic XHTML, CSS and unobtrusive
JavaScript/jQuery that adheres and exceeds the Section 508 guidelines for
federal sites such as the UI/front-end portion of the Consumer Broadband
Test on Broadband.gov. This popular test is more efficient as a result of
his work to optimize page loading through AJAX and markup techniques and
works across modern browsers as a result of his separation of content from
presentation from behavior. Created the front-end markup (XHTML, CSS,
JavaScript/jQuery) for the Auction system Computech provided for the
Mexican Comisi n Federal de Telecomunicaciones (COFETEL).

Engineer
As the UI Team Lead for La Redoute France - the premier site of Redcats
Group ("number one in France for fashion and home decoration Internet
sales") - I managed three developers in NY and two developers in France to
implement high quality functionality utilizing XHTML, CSS and JavaScript
(jQuery, AJAX, JSON) to meet key business requirements and achieve
measurable results. I participated in planning for future projects by
estimating time and resource allocation and analyzing feasibility for the
site in terms of technical limitations and user experience. Worked as UI
Team Lead for the US web sites ("No.3 in home shopping in the US [with] 12
e-commerce sites") managing three developers to implement functionality and
achieve measurable results to increase sales.
May 2006 - April 2007 Clinical Care Options, LLC Web Developer
Created detailed mockups of interface designs for web pages and
downloadable applications for handhelds utilizing XHTML, CSS and

Motor Pool, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, and coordination with
