Objective:

station centers, from the submersibles to the dispensers, POS

systems, Networking and backroom PC's. Responsible for soliciting

and hiring technicians, employee evaluations, daily operations,

bringing in new accounts, performing service duties, bidding jobs,

interacting with customers either via phone or in-person and

training personnel on equipment. Responsible for the evaluation of

High Problem sites, troubleshoot problems, and train techs on these

Distribution System and Wastewater Collection and Treatment system

serving 3,200 families in a private community environment. I was

solely responsible for the electronic side, maintaining 69 Pump

Stations, devising an aggressive preventive Maintenance Program,

maintaining inventory of electronic, electrical and plumbing parts.

I was responsible for maintaining generators, heavy equipment and

vehicles. I assumed the duties of Director in his absence, and

interacted with Board of Directors, Vendors, Government agencies

and Customers on a daily basis. I had drafted and adopted all

safety procedures now in place, maintaining all records for

vaccinations, personnel training and work closely with the EMS and

first responders in training and simulating various scenarios for
