I provided ERP application Implementation consulting. I managed numerous

projects and work streams in consolidating three companies from a mixed

"Best of Breed" software environment to Infor's PRMS as an initial effort

toward implementing SAP.

1998 - 2009 Alltech, Inc.

training and implementation. I developed numerous supplemental

Martha White Foods, Inc. - I Implemented CA-PRMS System on an IBM 38

computer and later migrated to an IBM AS400. I developed Route

Accounting System utilizing Norand hand held computers as data

collection devices. I developed Cash Disbursement System, Freight

Expense and Accrual System.

JC Bradford Co. - I implemented IBM AS400 based commodities trading

system which included integration with the DEC VAX system via PC

support and TCP/IP. I developed Mutual Fund Processing System, and a

Tape Conversion Utility System to run on the DEC VAX computer system.

Baptist Sunday School Board - I help to developed Point Of Sale System

in COBOL to run on an IBM System 36 computer. I developed numerous

CICS command level programs to provide file maintenance and inquiry

capabilities for distribution system that utilized DATACOM-DB database

system.

Cumberland Swan, Inc. - I developed numerous enhancements to the IBM

MAPICS Software System for the IBM System 36. I provided consulting

for conversion from System 36 MAPICS to AS400 BPCS.

Endata, Inc. - Developed CICS based compiler in IBM Assembler Language

for producing user developed adhoc reports and queries. I developed

compiler in IBM Assembler Language for producing reports and

performing file maintenance for a wholesale beverage distribution

system.

Corroon & Black, Inc. - I helped to convert G/L System, and Insurance

Premium Billing and Accounting System from DEC PDP11 RSX-11M to DEC

VAX. I managed the Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance Brokerage

System design and development project.

Lochinvar Water Heater Co. - I acted as company's computer programmer

since company did not have programming staff.

Small System, Inc. - I designed and developed numerous COBOL programs

to run on Burroughs B80 and NCR computer systems. I designed and

developed Purchase Order System.

Warren & Associates, CPA - I developed numerous RPG programs to run on

a UNIVAC 9030 computer system. I converted construction industry job

cost and accounting system from UNIVAC 9300 to UNIVAC 9030 computer.

1976 - 1983 Martha White Foods, Inc. Nashville, Tennessee.

I supervised four programmers, three computer operators, and three data

control people in my position as Assistant Data Processing Manager. I was

responsible for the day to day operations and support provided by the IT

department. I was responsible for all system design and user department

interface. I designed and developed complete Order Entry and Billing

System; Inventory Control System; Cash Receipts System; Check

Reconciliation System; Brokerage Payment System; and numerous other

applications.

1973 - 1976 Commerce Union Bank, Nashville, Tennessee.

I helped to develop Employee Profit Sharing System; Long Distance Costing

System; Bank Check Reconciliation System; Stock Transfer System; and
