Research. University of Connecticut Department of Animal Science in Food

conducted involving microbiological safety of tomatoes, lettuce,

cilantro, scallions and other fresh produce. Experience working on

projects with involving inactivation of pathogens in ground beef and in

vivo studies with chickens.
