I provided IT remote support for all SunTrust Banks covering five states. I performed upgrades, hardware,
software, server and network support. Fine tuned trouble shooting skills were required as well as excellent
customer service skills. My objective was to service the client quickly and effectively while minimizing their
loss of time as the tasks were being performed. Since this was a banking operation everything was time
sensitive. I worked with windows operating systems from Win95 to Windows XP and Vista. I also worked
