Led business growth from $1.8 to $12 million. Grew Alltype Fire Protection
Company after being sold by Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Expanded company from
one to six regional service centers. Chief executive for strategic

day-to-day operations and managed company for growth and profitability.
Positioned Alltype for a profitable sale to Cintas Corporation (CTAS).
Acquired and integrated businesses. Identify targets and negotiate
agreements to acquire competing businesses. Change agent, seamlessly
integrating operations of new acquisitions. Project manager experience,
including project scope development, assembly of project team, identifying
resources and training needs, project development, and monitoring for
results. Successfully completed 12 acquisitions with Alltype and acquired
$60 million of business for Cintas. Championed special project to design,
develop and deploy portable route computers for use by 600+ Cintas field
service technicians, to assure consistent service and customer retention.
Developed and delivered effective training programs. Develop and deliver
comprehensive employee training strategies for 600+ field service
technicians.. Conduct training needs assessments and curriculum design.
Develop training content and training materials. Rollout and monitor
training programs for effectiveness and compliance. Conduct in-person, e-
learning, and train-the-trainer programs. Manage development of all
training curriculum content and training staff. Facilitate meetings and
serve as liaison between management, subject matter experts and training
development teams.
