Responsible for maintaining and editing documentation - Operation and User
Guides.
X10 Wireless Technologies is a leader in innovative technologies for home
use, including surveillance equipment, remote RF devices, and universal
remotes for home components. X10 Technologies sold their devices to other
manufacturers for their labeling and distribution, including product
support in other languages besides English.
Senior Technical Writer: (September 2005 - July 2007)

Data Storage and Networking
Project manager for L10n project (localization/globalization) of software
and hardware products. Products were primarily for Sun Microsystems.
Responsible for maintaining sustaining documentation, which includes
Release Notes, User Guides, Installation Operation and Service manuals.
Team member in bug-court meetings, helping to resolve documentation issues
for firmware and software.

worldwide including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs),
and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Dot Hill products are

Full responsibility for designing, directing, and coordinating the
technical publications group in the creation of System Documentation.
Responsible for creating the suite of publications, as well their templates
used to create system documents. Publications include all forms of hardware
and software manuals as well as electronic and on-line documentation.
Full responsibility for creating and maintaining the documentation plan
used to improve the existing hard-copy documentation, online help, and also
move the company forward as we developed system products.
Zetron is an industry leader in radio communications related to Public
Safety, using state of the art hardware and software designs. Zetron also
creates, manufacturers, and installs system products, from consoles,
switches, and network infrastructure.
