. Global Systems Technology, Inc. (Pomona, NJ) - Manager of Technical
Support Services and Contract Task Lead supporting Department of
Homeland Security Research/Development and Certification Programs at
the William J. Hughes Technical Center - I wore many hats for this
company as summarized below;
? Manager Technical Support Services -Accountable for all
contract schedules and deliverables for multiple contracts out of
two offices (staff of 18) as well as on-site staff at the Technical
Center. Acted as Human Resources liaison with contract staff, as
well as Facilities and IS Manager for the branch offices with
contract recruitment responsibilities. Also was accountable for
both government and commercial RFP identification and subsequent
Proposal activities up to and including delivery and presentation.
I acquired 2 (5 year) $10,000,000 contracts during my employment
here.
? Contract Task Lead & Asst PM - Accountable for the Explosive
Detection Systems (EDS) Support contract, I was the contract lead
for all on-site testing & support for the program. This included
testing inventory procurement, maintenance and characterization,
logistics and warehouse operations management, as well as actual
test support for over 40 government Program Managers and program
agendas. This contract was extended for 10 years under my tenure
due to my efforts and rapport with government officials on site.
Additional responsibilities included program analysis, logistics and
testing, personnel recruitment and supervision, Budget Management,
Information Systems Technology and Operations in the above
